The NID Board of Directors employs a General Manager who is responsible for all district operations. Ten administrators and department heads make up NID’s management team.

Ronald S. “Ron” Nelson
Ron Nelson has served as NID General Manager since September, 2002. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in the water industry. He is a former general manager of the Central Oregon Irrigation District and former member of the Oregon Water Resources Commission.
